Buyer's notes:
As with all fibre cement slates, it is recommended that only copper fixings (Copper Nails & Copper Disc Rivets) are used.
Due to the close-fitting nature of fibre cement slates, in accordance with BS5250, ventilation of the roof space is required (normally at the eaves and at a high level). The easiest way to achieve this is to install Eaves Vents and Dry Ridge Systems.
